Apple invites press to September 10th event, confirming iPhone 11 launch date

Apple fans, it ’s official. The new iPhone 11 smartphone lineup will be announced on September 10th. Apple sent an invitation to reporters and bloggers at a press conference to be held at its headquarters in Cupertino, California on Tuesday, September 10. If that date is familiar, it was because BGR fixed it a few weeks ago as the date Apple announced the next generation iPhone lineup. When one executive at Apple’s career partner mistakenly reveals that the iPhone 11 series will be released on September 20, Apple knew that it would announce on the 10th. That Wednesday was usually Apple’s important day of a big iPhone press conference, but that Wednesday will take place on September 11th of this year.
Apple’s invitation to this year’s iPhone event will definitely be analyzed and screened by hardcore Apple fans and bloggers. Almost everything is leaking at this point, but the name of the new phone is still in the air. Multiple independent reports suggest that the phones are called iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max. Although the name of the new fablet may have been swiped from the protein bar, it would be wise for Apple to designate the iPhone XR successor as the main “iPhone 11” model. After all, the iPhone XR was last year’s best-selling iPhone model and fully expects the successor model to be the most popular option throughout most of 2019 and 2020.
