Some members of the association

The Pentecost Ministers Children Association on the 1st of May 2019, visited the Potters village orphanage at Dodowa in the Greater Accra region of Ghana as part of the May Day Celebration. The orphanage houses 144 orphans of different age groups.

Members of the association socialised with the children and encouraged them to take their education seriously and to put their trust in Christ Jesus for a better and glorious future both in life and the after life.
Items worth ¢3,000 were donated to the orphanage. Items including beverages, milk, tin tomatoes, oil, mackerels, washing powders, diapers, baby foods, detergents, rice and bibles were donated to the orphanage.

The visit which was themed possessing the nations with love (John 14:28) was spearheaded by Deacon Kotoku Justice (welfare committee chairman). The leadership of the orphanage made it clear that, inadequate educational funding and daily feeding of the children are some of the challenges they face and therefore encouraged the association to continually support them.
